Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 September 2026 · Bryte Publisher is operated by Bin Abdullah LLC ("we", "us").

1. The service

Bryte Publisher ("the Service") is a web application at publisher.bryteai.studio that lets you sign in with your own TikTok account and upload and publish videos to that account using TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. The Service is provided to help you post content you already own to your own account; it does not create accounts, buy followers, automate engagement, or post to accounts you do not control.

2. Eligibility and your TikTok account

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a TikTok account in good standing. You authorise the Service through TikTok; we never see or store your TikTok password. You can revoke the Service's access at any time in TikTok (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions) or by signing out of the Service, which deletes your session.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and captions you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, Branded Content Policy. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to everything you post, including any music, and that you will disclose commercial content where required.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited content; to circumvent TikTok's rate limits or policies; to post to an account you are not authorised to use; or to interfere with the Service. We may suspend access for misuse.

5. How posting works

When you press "Publish", your video is transmitted to TikTok's servers and a post is created on your account with the caption, privacy level, interaction settings and disclosures you selected. TikTok processes the video and may take several minutes to make it visible. Posting decisions, moderation and availability are controlled by TikTok, not by us.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". TikTok's platform and APIs may change or become unavailable, which can affect the Service. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bin Abdullah LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of content, data or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (currently nothing, as the Service is free).

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Service handles. In short: your TikTok login token is stored only in an encrypted cookie in your browser, videos go straight to TikTok and are not stored by us, and we do not sell or share your data.

9. Third parties

TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. Bryte Publisher is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
